He preferred to communicate via text, which made everything so much easier. He was extremely responsive and helpful. The bathrooms were incredible. We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting portable restrooms for our at home wedding, and Grant made the entire process seamless from start to finish. The trailer we rented included two women’s restrooms and two men’s restrooms, and it was perfect for our event. Grant delivered the unit right on time and even accommodated our request to have it dropped off a day early, despite it being only a couple of weeks before our wedding, which we truly appreciated. He was incredibly responsive, communicative, and attentive to every detail. He even waived the additional mileage fee since we were just a few miles over the 50 mile limit, now that is exceptional customer service. On delivery day, Grant texted us with his ETA that morning, arrived promptly, set up the trailer, and picked everything right after our event without any issues. And the restrooms themselves? Spotless. Truly pristine. I honestly would have believed it was a brand- new trailer, everything smelled amazing, looked beautiful, and functioned perfectly. The restrooms were air conditioned, and we could even choose a playlist! We received so many compliments from our guests about how nice the restrooms were!
